EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW
A response to the six members of the United States Supreme Court Action, by which Donald J. Trump was granted immunity from prosecution for his crimes committed during the term of his Presidency, the following observations are offered:
1. First - these justices, jointly and severally, flagrantly violated the simple statement which was clearly chiseled into the PEDIMENT of the very building in which they served:
“EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW”
2. Every Justice who has ever served in the Supreme Court, was obliged to swear an oath, to Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States. The decision that these justices rendered - to Grant Trump the absolute freedom to have committed any and all crimes during the term of his Presidency without fear of punishment - IS NOTHING LESS THAN AN ABSOLUTE VIOLATION, ON THE PART OF EACH OF THESE JUSTICES, OF THE THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE. THEY SWORE TO DO JUSTICE - NOT VIOLATE IT, AND IN THE PROCESS, NOT ONLY MADE THEMSELVES LIABLE TO IMPEACHMENT, BUT (a least in theory, subject to) PROSECUTION FOR THE HIGHEST FORM OF CORRUPTION, THAT ANY JURIST COULD POSSIBLY COMMIT.
“ATTEMPTING TO CREATE AN UNCONSTRAINED TYRANT”.
3. For any “Jurist”, in the process of rendering a legal decision, to place his “personal politics” above the law - the law that he’d sworn an oath to preserve, protect and defend - is not only in violation of his oath of office, but has taken a deliberate action to totally corrupt the system upon which every citizen in this Country depends, for their survival!
4. The Justices who’d committed the heinous act of moving to twist the law to serve their own political views. Are not jurists, but ideologues, who will happily tear this Republic to shreds, for the sake of their own personal political preferences.
